VILLA CARLTON
The original concept of the third of the villas was based strictly on non-Baroque principles. Villa Carlton is situated in a small court at the end of the palm-tree alley, and its entrance is positioned the north direction, turned towards Sadová Street. The simplicity and decent decoration of its façade is sensitively amended by arcade loggias and balconies equipped with beautiful stucco consoles. There are 26 rooms in the villa at one side there providing a view to the garden terrace and surrounding spa forest, and on the other side then the view of the spa district in the Teplá Rive Valley. Due to a great space inside, very popular and demanded suites were built there – Junior Suite (4x) and Suite (2x) forming the entire 2nd and 3rd floor of the building possible be used as the Executive Floor providing its users with the absolute privacy. At the same time, the villa Carlton is directly connected to the balneo center which allows it to provide all luxury and comfort even to the most demanding clientele.
